These two tins of watercolor & colored pencils by Prismacolor are nearly all unused, I. Never, or once-sharpened, or barely used. 4 pencils are 20% used. There are 47 Watercolor pencils + 153 regular wax based colored pencils total, including 9 Verithins, 1 colorless (for blending), 1 with extender, 1 ebony drawing, 1-3H drawing, and 1 charcoal. The watercolor pencil group has an extra 11 pencils, and the wax-based colored pencil group has an extra 21 pencils from our vast collection. These would be a great inspiration to a draftsperson, art student, as well to a multi-media artist.
